Each month has a different theme at L'Osteria. This month's specials board explores the diversity of Lazio's Cuisine.
Piedmont cuisine is known for rich dishes featuring truffle, gogonzola cheese and creamy sauces. The region also famous for its sauce ‘bagna cauda’ – a hot sauce of anchovies and garlic.
It is known as the region that gave birth to Italy and is also notable for its production of high quality wines including Barolo.
